Jacqueline brings expert knowledge and the benefit of over 30 years experience of training. Jacqueline is one of only a handful of Advanced Level Personal Trainers in Cheshire, with specialist qualifications in Exercise for the Management of Lower Back Pain, Certificate in Exercise and Nutritional Interventions for Obesity and Diabetes and Parkinson’s Pro qualification. She is registered at the highest level (level 4) with CIMSPA.
Also qualified in Sports Therapy and Swedish Body Massage, Jacqueline fully understands the benefits of rehabilitation and massage. She is able to support people with Parkinson’s to implement the right exercise programme to help slow progression, improve symptoms and feel better. As a member of the National Register she can also use the 4D Life Programme to help clients with their Nutrition, Functional training and Lifestyle.
